Stampendous-Dreamweaver Embossing Paste: Crackle. Use on top of a dry base coat of Matte Black Embossing Paste (sold separately). Stencil in a design and add color by sprinkling mica powders on top while the paste is wet or stencil with color when it is dry. This package contains 4oz of crackle embossing paste. Contents: Contains no material in sufficient quantities to be toxic. Conforms to ASTM D 4236. Made in USA.
